Boarding Instructions
–> Does your dog have the Influenza Vaccine? Vaccine records will say Canine Influenza.(H3N2 &H3N8) • This is separate vaccine from Bordetella and DHPP
1–> Have your Veterinarian email us your dogs vaccine records to starrynightpetlodge@gmail.com
2–> Fill out the Boarding Contract located below and email that to starrynightpetlodge@gmail.com
3–> BOTH ( vaccine/contract) MUST be received in order to RESERVE a kennel.
4–> PAYMENT DUE when dropping off. (Sorry, no exceptions)
Vaccination Requirements:
We REQUIRE up-to-date shots and medical records from your Veterinarian 72 hours prior to Boarding . IF, we do not receive Records and Contract prior to Boarding your Dog will not be able to board. We, require these vaccines to ensure the safety of all the dogs we board.
We only accept vaccination records sent to us by your Veterinarian emailed to StarryNightPetLodge@gmail.com
1. CANINE BIVALENT INFLUENZA VACCINE - H3N8/H3N2
2. DISTEMPER: Vaccination given within the last one (1) year)
3. PARVO: Vaccination given within the last one (1) year)
4. RABIES: Vaccinations given within the last one (1) year) on dogs UNDER the age of 1 years old, and within the last (3) years) for dogs OVER the age of 1 year old.
5. BORDETELLA: WE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRE BORDETELLA VACCINATION PROIR TO ENTRY OF ANY DOG INTO OUR KENNEL
6. NEGATIVE FECAL EXAM
Flea/Tick prevention is HIGHLY recommended
